KURIKINDI – THE GOLDEN HUMMINGBIRD
A member of the Achuar Tribe, Kurikindi was born deep within the Amazon Rainforest to a long lineage of healers and visionaries dating back thousands of years in both his Mother’s and Father’s lines.
To be part of and hold such considerable shamanic inheritance is a particularly rare thing, even within the vast communities of the Amazon Rainforest.
As such, he was born with what healers refer to as ‘The Gift’ and has been developing his abilities as a healer and visionary since a very young age.
As a child Kurikindi was favoured by many of the elder healers of the community, as through Kurikindi they could see things they would not otherwise see. It was clear Kurikindi was different.
He has worked with Tobacco and Ayahuasca since he was 5 and 9 respectively and holds a vast knowledge of the healing ability of plants from around the world.
BEYOND THE RAINFOREST
Originally part of the Fuego de Anaconda community of Nina Amarun he left the rainforest as a young man. He found success within the fields biological studies before his love for the preservation of life led him to activism, presenting a strong opposition to the exploitation of natural resources within the Amazon Rainforest of Ecuador.
His calling to serve the needs of the Earth has seen him travel to the corners of the world from Australia to all parts of Europe and to the USA to teach, advise and share his refined and meticulous knowledge of the Natural World and the Universe from both a contemporary and traditional understanding. As such he as become a Universally renowned Healer, Mentor, Advisor and Visionary.
In Service
Kurikindi’s life is rooted in service. Whether he is holding retreats and ceremonies, teaching his global pool of students, serving on the boards of esteemed International Organizations (such as the Mother Earth Delegation and the Wisdom Keepers) or developing projects to support children and communities with The Amazon, each effort is for the needs of others.
From his innocent and simple roots to the driving force against a global machine and from one world to another and back, Kurikindi has the real world experience to offer a level of healing and service that is rare to find.
As such he opened Kurikindi Kawsay in 2022 as a Universal Home for the Healing of Humanity to welcome all those who wish to accompany him on this beautiful path of healing and service.
